 Q. How long do I have to register my school?

A. Registration period for schools will end October 31, 2020. In order for your school to participate in the 2020-2021 program, registration must be complete by this time.

Q. Can all types of schools participate in the “Weis4School” rewards program?

A. ALL schools ranging from PK – 8th grade are eligible to participate including: public, private, day care centers, and church schools.

 Q. Where can I find the school identification number to access our online account?

A. Each school enrolled in the program has a unique five-digit number assigned. Find your school’s identification number and log-in information in your school coordinator kit.

 Q. What do the supporters of our school need to do?

A. Supporters register for the program by scanning their Weis Club Card AND their school’s unique bar code at any register or at the customer service desk. Each supporter needs to do this only one time. Once the card is registered into the program, they will be able to earn points every time they use their card through the duration of the program. Once you register your club card, any time you scan your card on qualifying purchases, you can earn points for your school at any Weis Markets location.

 Q. What is the point system?

A. Every scan of a registered Weis Club Card at checkout supports Weis 4 School. Schools earn a percentage of points available based on the amount of every purchase. Weis Markets is donating up to $500,000 in 2020-2021.

 Q. Do purchases made at ALL Weis Markets count toward Weis4School?

A. YES! There are a few exceptions (examples include but are not limited to lottery tickets, postage, alcohol, tobacco, and other products prohibited by law). 

 Q. Can we advertise Weis4School program information on our school’s website?

A. YES! Log into your Weis 4 School account and select the Downloads link for “Web Banner Ads and Social Posts” where you will find all of our digital assets.

 Q. What happens if a supporter registers their Weis Club Card in the middle of a point period?

A. Eligible points from the beginning of each period will be added retroactively to your school’s account.

 Q. How do I get updated program information?

A. It’s important that all information in your Weis 4 School account is correct (telephone number, email address, etc.) Most updates and important communications will be transmitted via email. Login to review and confirm that your school’s contact information is correct. Please contact us immediately with any discrepancies or updates.

New Schools: Click on the “Register Here” tab, at the top left, and follow the instructions. If your school is not found, contact us at 800-999-7750 for assistance in enrolling your school.

Returning Schools: Click on the “Login Here” tab, at the top left, and update your school using the username and password that can be found in the welcome email.
