How the program works:
Once your school is fully registered for Weis 4 School, supporters simply scan their school’s unique barcode during their next shopping trip to register their Weis Club Card to your school… accumulating points which convert to cash. Barcodes only need to be scanned on the first shopping trip and Weis Club Cards can only be registered to one school. If a shopper scans multiple barcodes, the barcode last scanned will be the school of record.
Each time registered supporters shop at Weis Markets using their Weis Club Card, they earn points for your school. The points you earn will help your school grow their share of $500,000.
Weis Markets will calculate each program period based on total eligible* purchases and automatically credit your school with points earned.
Once the program ends on April 30, 2021, points will be converted to cash and checks will be mailed to your school. This allows each school the opportunity to utilize the funds however they choose!
*Excludes gas, lottery tickets, postage, alcohol, tobacco and other products prohibited by law.
What Schools Need To Do:
1. Complete your school’s registration using your assigned username and password (found in your welcome email).
*Deadline to complete registration is April 30, 2021.
2. Confirm all account information is up-to-date.
3. Submit a W-9 form, which is a certification of the school’s nine-digit Federal tax identification number, tax classification and exemption status. The W-9 form requires the school name and address, corresponding tax identification number and the signature of the school administrator. Fax to: 888-745-0696, or email.
4. Share the assigned barcode with your supporters so they can register their Weis Club Card and start earning points.
